Details automotive auditing requirements, including changes in an auditor’s roles and responsibilities. Enhance understanding of process auditing techniques. Designed for experienced QS-9000 auditors who wish to upgrade their skills and add value to audits. Includes ISO 19011:2002 Auditing Standard.

Cancellation Policy: Course cancellations advised in writing more than fourteen (14) days before course commencement receive a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations advised in writing between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days before course commencement receive a 50% refund of fees. Cancellations with less than six (6) days notice or where a course is not attended, forfeit the full course fee. All cancellations where a refund of fees is involved must be confirmed in writing before the refund will be paid.
Rescheduling Policy: The Australian Organisation for Quality reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason. Clients will be given maximum practicable notification of cancellation. A full refund of fees will be made; however, clients may elect to transfer their registration without additional cost where a course is rescheduled and the dates are convenient to the client.

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (ASQ) Program
The Certified Six Sigma Green
Belt is designed to provide the
knowledge necessary for individuals
who are involved in six sigma quality
improvement projects.
Individuals may seek certification from
the American Society for Quality.
Eligibility is two years of general work
experience or at least an Associate
Degree from post secondary school.
These certifications provide professional
peer group recognition both nationally
and internationally.

Certified Manager Of Quality/Organisational Excellence (ASQ) Program
The Certified Manager of Quality
/Organisational Excellence is designed
to provide the knowledge necessary for
individuals who are involved in managing quality
and dedicated to organisationl excellence in
order to obtain and maintain improvement.
Individuals may seek certification from the
American Society for Quality. Eligibility you must
have 10 years of on-the-job experience in one or
more of the areas of the Certified Manager of
Quality/ Organisational Excellence Body of
Knowledge. A minimum of five years of this
experience must be in a decision-making
position, defined as the uthority to define,
execute or control projects/processes and to be
responsible for the outcome. This may or may
not include management or supervisory
positions.
These certifications provide professional peer
group recognition both nationally and
internationally.
